What data I process
This website uses no cookies and does not track visitors — which is why there is no consent banner here.
If you write to info@manum.lv, I receive your email address and the content of your message. If you submit the enquiry form, I receive what you enter in it: name, contact details and message.
The site is served by the Cloudflare network, which for technical reasons briefly processes request data (such as IP addresses) — without me having access to identify individual visitors.
Why and for how long
There is one purpose: to answer your question and, if we agree, to prepare a proposal and do the work. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken prior to entering into a contract.
Correspondence and enquiries are kept no longer than 2 years after the last contact; if we sign a contract — as long as accounting and contract retention rules require.
I do not sell data to anyone and do not add it to marketing lists.
Who else has access
Two providers technically process data on my behalf: Cloudflare (running and protecting the site; storing enquiries) and Google (email via Google Workspace). Data processing agreements are in place with both, and transfers outside the EU rely on the EU standard contractual clauses.
No other companies, ad networks or intermediaries receive the data.
What does NOT happen to your data
No profiling, no automated decision-making, no behavioural tracking. Data is not sold, not added to marketing lists, and no combined profiles are built.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent. Write to info@manum.lv — I reply within one business day.
If you believe your data is being processed incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes (for example, a new tool appears), a new version with a new date will be published here. Substantial changes never take effect silently.
