Deleting your Sharpsum data
Sharpsum keeps only the data it needs to show your store's profit. You can delete all of it, or only the data that comes from an ad account you connected, such as a Facebook ad account. Our Privacy Policy lists what Sharpsum holds and why.
Delete everything: remove Sharpsum
- In your Shopify admin, go to Settings and then Apps.
- Find Sharpsum in the list and choose Uninstall.
Shopify tells us at once, and we delete all of your store's data: orders, costs, settings, expenses, ad spend and ad account connections. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, keeps a 30-day recovery history of each store's database, so the deleted data leaves it within 30 days. Two days after you uninstall, Shopify asks us once more to delete your store's data, and finds nothing left.

Delete the data from an ad account
This covers Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising, Pinterest and Snapchat. From a connected ad account, Sharpsum holds only an access token and the account's daily spend totals.
In Sharpsum
- Open Sharpsum in your Shopify admin and go to Ad spend.
- Choose Disconnect next to the account.
We delete the account's access token at once and stop reading its spend. The spend already imported stays in your reports, so your past profit stays correct. To delete that too, write to us, as described below.
At the ad platform
You can also remove Sharpsum's access in the ad platform's own settings. When a platform tells us that you did, we delete the token as well.
- Facebook and Instagram: on Facebook, open Settings & privacy, Settings, Business integrations, select Sharpsum and choose Remove.
- Google Ads: open your Google Account's Third-party apps & services, select Sharpsum and choose Delete all connections.
- TikTok, Microsoft Advertising, Pinterest and Snapchat: each lists the apps connected to your account in its account settings; remove Sharpsum there.
Ask us to delete your data
Write to support@manum.lv with your store's myshopify.com address, and tell us what to delete: everything, or the data from a particular ad account. To protect your store, we check that the request comes from the store before we act. We confirm by email when the data is deleted, within one month at the latest.
Your customers' data
Your customers send their privacy requests to you, and Shopify passes them on to us. We complete each request within 30 days. Section 13 of the Privacy Policy explains how.
